Freelancers are required to follow the guidelines below:
The freelancer must have their own vehicle.
The freelancer is not required to come to the office daily or follow any sign-in or sign-out
process related to working hours.
The freelancer must have their own data management system and lead source portals.
The freelancer is not required to pay anything to the company to join.
The freelancer must operate independently and will not receive support from the company such as
visiting cards, social media assistance, shared leads, etc.
The freelancer cannot seek help from the company to close their personal clients or property
deals, as they operate independently.
If the freelancer brings a client and the company provides the property (or vice versa), each
party may earn brokerage from their respective side.
If a margin amount is set on a property by either the company or the freelancer, that margin
will not be shared between them. Only the brokerage received from their respective clients can
be shared.
If a freelancer has both the property and the client but seeks assistance from the company due
to its brand value, financial setup, documentation expertise, or office infrastructure, the
company will provide full support. In such cases, the company will be entitled to one-third
(1/3)of the total brokerage.
