Commissions based employee are required to follow the guidelines below:

  1. The commissions based employee must have their own vehicle.
  2. The commissions based employee is required to come to the office daily or follow any sign-in or sign-out process related to working hours.
  3. Commission based employees are not allowed to use company salaried staff for their tasks, such as site visits or any personal work.
  4. If a commission based employee involves a salaried company employee in closing a deal, they must share an additional portion of their commission. For example, 15% on rental deals and 10% on sales. This percentage should align with the company’s standard incentive structure for salaried employees.
  5. Commission based employees are required to manage data, list properties, and stay active on social media platforms as per the company’s instructions.
  6. The commissions based employee must operate independently and will receive support from the company such as visiting cards, social media assistance, shared leads, etc.
  7. The commissions based employee can seek help from the company to close their personal clients or property deals, as they operate independently and with company.
  8. If a commission-based employee brings a client and the company provides the property (or vice versa), both parties may earn brokerage from their respective sides. The brokerage will be shared between the commission-based employee and the company based on a mutually agreed ratio.
  9. If a commission based employee brings both the property and the client and sets a margin amount, then the total brokerage — including the margin — will be shared between the commission-based employee and the company.
  10. If a commission based employee brings the property and the client is provided by the company (or vice versa), and a margin amount is set by the company from their client side (or vice versa), then the margin amount will not be shared with the commission-based employee. Only the brokerage will be shared.
