Overall assessment
TREVOC has strong Gurugram-market connections, an experienced promoter family and evidence of institutional funding. However, as an independent TREVOC brand, its publicly visible delivered-project history is still relatively limited compared with established luxury developers such as DLF, M3M or Emaar.
For a buyer, the main checks should therefore be:
- Construction progress against the RERA schedule
- Exact relationship between TREVOC, JHS Estate and the earlier Spaze portfolio
- Payment plan and construction-linked milestones
- Title/allotment documents for the HSVP land
- Specifications promised in the registered agreement versus marketing material
- Past delivery and litigation records of the promoter entities and directors
